BILL SKINS FIFTH was an experimental/harsh noise group formed in 1991 by Richard Ramirez. This project soon included Randi Shrum-Houston. In 1993, also featured Jonee Longoria. The group split up officially in 1994.
Ramirez continued with his band, BLACK LEATHER JESUS.
